Writing as R. F. Beesley, he’s the author of The Broken Door Chronicles — a science fiction series about memory, identity, and the stories a civilization tells itself in order to survive. His characters don’t get clean answers, because the world he’s built doesn’t offer any. What people choose to remember, what they bury, and what it costs them to do either — that’s the territory.
